SECTION 1 – CORPORATE IDENTITY & ELIGIBILITY

The Service is owned and operated by Altura Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Altura Ventures LLC, operating as Zenith Force. By using this Website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Your purchase is further governed by our dedicated Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscription Policy.

SECTION 2 – BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Service or products sold by Altura Ventures LLC will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Zenith Force agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The seat of arbitration shall be Sheridan, Wyoming.

SECTION 3 – INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICE PROVIDERS

To ensure a high-performance and secure environment, we utilize specialized partners:

  • Shopify: Provides our e-commerce storefront. Shopify is not responsible for fulfillment, refunds, or transaction disputes.
  • CheckoutChamp: Hosts our secure checkout and order management. Your payment data is processed through CheckoutChamp’s secure environment. You agree that CheckoutChamp is a technical facilitator and is not liable for product-related claims.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

All Zenith Force products are sold strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, redistribution, export, or modification of our products is strictly prohibited without express written consent from Altura Ventures LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors.

SECTION 5 – NO MEDICAL ADVICE; ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Information on this Website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Statements regarding our supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement regimen. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or pricing are error-free; we reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders at any time.

SECTION 6 – BILLING & REFILL SUBSCRIPTIONS

We offer an optional, automatically renewing Refill Subscription for your convenience. Detailed rules are available in our Subscription Policy.

  • Recurring Authorization: By opting into a refill plan, you authorize Altura Ventures LLC to charge your payment method the disclosed price approximately every 30 days until cancelled.
  • Electronic Notification: You will receive a notification 5 to 7 days prior to your recurring transaction.
  • Cancellation: To stop the next scheduled refill, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date via contact@zenith-force.com or +1 (888) 849-8629.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Detailed logistical rules are located in our Shipping Policy.

  • Proof of Delivery: Carrier delivery confirmation (GPS or tracking "Delivered" status) is deemed absolute proof of delivery. Altura Ventures LLC is not responsible for "porch piracy" or loss following a confirmed delivery scan.

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS OR BE ERROR-FREE.

SECTION 9 – SAFETY-FIRST RETURNS

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. To maintain hygiene and safety, we only accept returns for products that are unopened with factory seals intact. Return addresses are provided exclusively via email; returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTURA VENTURES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE LESSER OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ORDER IN QUESTION OR USD $500.

SECTION 11 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altura Ventures LLC and its service providers (Shopify/CheckoutChamp) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of the rights of a third party.
