Refund & Return Policy
At Zenith Force, we provide high-performance formulas designed to empower your peak output. To maintain the uncompromising safety and integrity of our consumable products, we adhere to the following standards regarding returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns (Unopened Products)
Because our supplements are ingestible goods, we prioritize the health and safety of our community above all else. Our return policy is governed by the following safety protocols:
- Sealed Integrity: We only accept returns for products that are unopened, with all original seals and packaging completely intact.
- Safety Protocol: Once a pouch or container is opened, the chain of custody is broken. For the safety of our customers, opened products cannot be restocked or resold and are therefore ineligible for return or refund.
- The Window: You must initiate your return request within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, as confirmed by carrier tracking information.
2. The Return Process
To ensure every return is logged accurately in our system and routed to the correct facility, we follow a strict authorization process:
- Email Authorization: All return requests must be submitted via email. This allows us to provide you with a specific Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address to prevent shipping errors.
- Verified Address: We provide the return shipping address exclusively via email. Please note that packages sent back to the "Sender" address on the original shipping label or any address not authorized by our team will not be processed.
- Logistics & Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Zenith Force is not responsible for returns lost in transit. No refund will be issued for items that do not arrive at our facility.
3. Quality Control Inspection
Every return undergoes a manual inspection by our Quality Assurance team upon arrival:
- Approved: If the product is confirmed to be in its original, factory-sealed condition, your refund will be approved.
- Denied: If the product arrives opened, with a broken seal, or in poor condition, the refund request will be denied for safety reasons and the product will be disposed of.
4. Refund Timelines
Once a return is inspected and approved by our warehouse:
- Processing: Refunds are typically initiated within 3 business days of approval.
- Settlement: It may take between 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
- Original Method: Refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot redirect funds to a different card or bank account.
