Shipping Policy
All orders placed with Zenith Force are subject to the following shipping terms. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that our logistical process and liability are governed by the conditions outlined below.
1. Processing & Dispatch
Order processing is optimized for efficiency. All orders are processed on the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding regional and carrier holidays). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
2. Carriers & Delivery Timelines
To ensure your products arrive reliably, we utilize a network of professional carriers, including USPS, UniUni, and GOFO Express.
- Delivery Estimate: Standard shipping typically takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Estimated Nature of Dates: All delivery windows are good-faith estimates. Zenith Force is not liable for transit delays resulting from extreme weather, carrier backlogs, customs processing, or other external logistical factors.
3. Delivery Methods & Collection
Our standard shipping service is designed for efficiency, but final delivery methods are at the sole discretion of the carrier.
- Carrier Discretion: Depending on your local infrastructure or carrier protocols, your package may be delivered to your door, a secure locker, or held for pickup at your local post office or designated collection point.
- Customer Responsibility: By placing an order, you agree to collect your package from the carrier's designated facility should home delivery be unavailable in your area or restricted by the carrier.
4. Risk of Loss & Transfer of Title
The responsibility of Zenith Force concludes upon the successful delivery of the product as verified by carrier tracking.
- Confirmed Delivery: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier tracking system, the risk of loss and title to the goods passes to the customer.
- Theft and Misplacement: Zenith Force is not responsible for "porch piracy," stolen packages, or items lost after a confirmed delivery scan. We encourage customers to monitor tracking closely to ensure a secure receipt of their order.
5. Tracking & Maintenance
A tracking number will be issued to your registered email address immediately upon shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor this tracking. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or a failure to collect the item from a local post office, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.
